What Food Causes Acne?

No more ideas on the pimples! Scientists finally provide proof that food can promote acne. But it is not chocolate, candy or meats that would be to blame, but the refined grain products too. Should we stop eating bread, rice and biscuits?
In Western societies, acne concerns 79 to 95% of adolescents. Approximately 60% of children aged 12 and 95% of adolescents from 18 years of age suffer from these unsightly buttons. All the studies conducted so far innocence food. But a guilty seems arise from the plate.

What causes hyperproduction of sebum in the pores of the skin and promotes their infection by bacteria responsible for acne. Thus, it consumes more rapidly digestible carbohydrates, the more insulin is secreted and indirectly increases acne.

Not any link between food and acne had previously been found, despite suspicions about chocolate or meats. Dermatologists simply deny that likelihood.
But after the work of Cordain, a healthier diet would prevent the buttons which adolescents are particularly sensitive. Some women, prone to acne by their hormonal status, have already seen their condition improve after the removal of food culprits.
