Water and Acne

Some additional tips:

- Avoid drinking during meals. Potable liquids slow stomach acids and slow down at the same time to digest. Try to set limits: You should drink a half hour before and after the meal.

- Avoid eating too much salt. Salt dehydrates you. So if you salt your food a lot, you should drink more water.

- Soft drinks dehydrate you more then not. You will feel that your thirst is gone, but your body is not properly hydrated.
